Where mentioned, it also incorporates aggregated data and information relevant to our Corporate Sustainability and ESG achievements from past years, and activities for 2024. The scope of this report focuses on our global operations with direct operational control and our impact throughout our value chain, including our specialty services and business partners.
The data presented in this report was gathered by the Corporate Sustainability team in collaboration with the relevant operational areas of Kelly. Kelly's Internal Audit team has reviewed the data, and any estimations are clearly disclosed. Any assumptions and secondary data used for estimations are detailed within the report's content or in the ESG Index section.
Kelly’s 2023 Corporate Sustainability and ESG report aligns with external non-financial sustainability assessments such as CDP, EcoVadis, and the financial disclosures included in our most recent Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Our progress is reported in accordance with internationally recognized sustainability frameworks: Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). Since 2019, Kelly has been a proud signatory of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), demonstrating our commitment to making these principles part of our strategy and business culture.
This report has been registered to the GRI and is informed annually to the UNGC. The information contained in this report is not expected to be externally verified or audited by any agency or third-party organization.
