CY25 includes energy consumption from 96 facilities under operational control in the U.S. (including Puerto Rico) and Canada, and IT assets located in two third-party data centers in the U.S.
Energy intensity is calculated as total fuel and electricity consumption divided by total square footage across facilities under operational control in the U.S. (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. This metric excludes operations in Mexico and the APAC and EMEA regions, as well as acquisition offices not under operational control.
Prior-year emissions and intensity metrics have been recalculated following methodological updates across Scopes 1, 2, and 3 to ensure comparability across reporting periods. The impact on total emissions was less than 5% and is considered immaterial.
Accounts for Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) provided by our data center vendor.
Emissions intensity metrics are based on total Scope 1, Scope 2 (location-based), and material Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions. Revenue intensity is calculated per USD million of revenue; employee intensity is calculated per full-time equivalent (FTE).
Waste is generated from office-based operations. Waste diversion from landfill is achieved through internal recycling processes for paper, office-related materials, and electronic waste programs.
Engagement is calculated as the average employee satisfaction score (eSat), or a composite of eSat and “recommend” responses, depending on survey methodology.
"U.S." includes employees in Puerto Rico.
